AI & Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and implement AI-driven automations and internal copilots to optimize workflows across the
• Build intelligent assistants for HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments
• Integrate LLM-based solutions into corporate tools and infrastructure
• Develop AI platforms, APIs, and middleware for seamless data flow between systems
• Design scalable automation architectures that grow with organizational needs
• Partner with IT Operations and Security for compliant, secure AI deployments

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years hands-on experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, Azure OpenAI, or
• 3-5 years in workflow automation, process automation, or data engineering
• Proven track record of production automation solutions
• AI & LLMs: practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic AI
• Programming: Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Automation Platforms: Okta Workflows, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar
