AI Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and deploy custom AI agents using Python and Databricks.
• Design integrations between Glean, Databricks, and enterprise systems.
• Own end-to-end delivery of high-code agent use cases.
• Collaborate with data engineers for governed data access via Unity Catalog.
• Support agent governance for security, PII, and compliance.
• Contribute to the agent framework, templates, and CI/CD tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on software or data engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience building on Databricks (AgentBricks) and production agents
• Proficiency with agent frameworks (LangChain, DSPy, CrewAI)
• Familiarity with agent tracing and monitoring concepts
• API and integration experience; strong communication skills
