📋 Description

• Design and build the agent orchestration layer and next-best-action logic.
• Integrate LLMs via provider-agnostic layer (Anthropic, OpenAI, Writer.ai).
• Turn messy inputs into structured, reliable data the system can act on.
• Build human-in-the-loop approval flows to keep humans in control.
• Set up evaluation loops to improve agent behavior with evidence.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and client stakeholders to ship end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered or agentic apps, tool-calling, structured outputs, RAG, and
• 5+ years shipping production software; strong AI systems depth over specific language.
• Comfort with orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangGraph.js, Vercel AI SDK, Mastra) and provider SDKs
• Experience designing scalable systems on AWS.
• Track record with unstructured data: parsing, extraction, validation.
• Eval-driven mindset for measuring agent quality and iteration.
