AI & Automation Program Lead, Finance Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead AI and automation program for CAO/Finance Transformation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
• Define a roadmap using RPA, low-code/no-code, AI services, and data integration tools
• Design and implement automation solutions (Alteryx, Power Automate, bots, scripts)
• Governance, controls, and documentation for automated/AI processes
• Train finance teams to adopt automation solutions and stay current on trends

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in business analysis, process improvement, or operations (finance/shares a focus preferred)
• 2+ years hands-on automation/RPA/AI tools (Alteryx, Power Automate, UiPath, scripting)
• Strong process mapping, requirements elicitation, and gap analysis
• Experience designing and implementing automation/AI in a business environment
• Data integration, APIs, and databases (SQL, ETL)
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
