📋 Description

• Run quarterly automation discovery sessions with team leads
• Design, build, and ship 2–3 AI automations per month using no-/low-code tools
• Wire LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into workflows with prompts
• Instrument metrics: runs, success rate, hours saved
• Maintain the prompt and eval library so prompts stay versioned
• Document automations clearly to avoid tribal knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years building production automations or internal tools
• Hands-on experience with low-code platforms: n8n, Make, Zapier, or Workato
• Comfortable integrating LLM APIs into real workflows
• SQL fluency
• Light scripting in Python or JavaScript
• Pragmatic problem solver with strong product instincts and bias to ship
