🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in business analysis, technical or product analysis, translating business needs into
• Hands-on experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and using data to inform decisions
• Experience managing intake, demand, or backlog and defining/tracking metrics or KPIs.
• Comfort evaluating and learning new AI tools (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and
• Proficiency with work-tracking tools (Jira, Linear or equivalent) and spreadsheets/BI tools for
• Sufficient technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs, integrations, and enterprise

🎁 Benefits

• The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 to $150,000.
