• Proven Change Lead / Transformation Lead experience
• Strong organisational change and AI adoption programme experience
• Ability to develop change strategies and adoption plans
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership engagement
• Governance experience with risk, issue and dependency management
• Experience designing learning and employee adoption programmes
