📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy, transformation narrative and adoption plan.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate communications plans, messaging, FAQs and adoption content.
• Coordinate AI governance forums: leadership meetings, logs, action tracking.
• Support rollout of AI learning pathways to boost adoption.
• Plan and deliver major AI-focused corporate events.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Change Lead, Change Manager or Transformation Lead.
• Strong experience in organisational change, digital/AI adoption.
• Ability to develop change strategies and adoption plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.
• Governance experience: risk, issue, dependency, decision management.
• Experience designing learning and employee adoption programmes.
