📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy, adoption plan
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders
• Develop communications plans, messaging and FAQs
• Coordinate AI governance forums and action tracking
• Support rollout of AI learning pathways
• Lead planning of a major AI-focused corporate event

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Change Lead/Manager/Transformation lead
• Strong experience in organisational change and AI adoption programmes
• Ability to develop change strategies and adoption plans
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership engagement
• Governance experience including risk, issue, dependency and decision management
• Experience designing learning and employee adoption programmes
