📋 Description

• Develop and maintain AI Change Strategy and adoption plan
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders
• Create communications plans, messaging, FAQs and adoption content
• Coordinate AI governance forums, decision logs and action tracking
• Support AI learning pathways and adoption initiatives
• Plan and deliver a major AI-focused corporate event

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Change Lead/Manager/Transformation Lead
• Strong experience in organisational change and AI adoption programmes
• Develop change strategies, adoption plans and comms campaigns
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leadership
• Strong governance experience (risk, issue, dependency, decisions)
• Experience designing learning and employee adoption programmes
