📋 Description

• Shape and deliver the AI change strategy and adoption plan.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and key business units.
• Develop communications, messaging, FAQs and engagement materials.
• Coordinate AI governance forums and action tracking.
• Support AI learning pathways and adoption initiatives.
• Lead major AI-focused corporate events and AI Champions Community efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Change Lead, Change Manager, Transformation Lead or similar.
• Strong in organisational change, digital/AI adoption programmes.
• Ability to develop change strategies, adoption plans and comms campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership influence.
• Experience in programme governance (risk, issues, dependencies, decisions).
• Experience designing learning, training and employee adoption programs.
