AI Change Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy, transformation narrative and adoption plan
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and key business stakeholders
• Develop communications plans, messaging, FAQs and adoption content
• Coordinate AI governance forums, leadership meetings and follow-up actions
• Support rollout of AI learning pathways to build confidence and adoption
• Lead delivery of a major AI-focused corporate event

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Change Lead/Change Manager/Transformation Lead or similar
• Strong experience in organisational/digital/AI adoption programmes
• Ability to develop change strategies, adoption plans and campaigns
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leadership
• Strong governance experience: risk, issue, dependency, decision management
• Experience designing/ supporting learning and employee adoption programs
