AI Change Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy, transformation narrative and adoption plan.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate communications plans, messaging, FAQs and adoption content.
• Coordinate AI governance forums, including leadership meetings and action tracking.
• Support rollout of AI learning pathways to build employee confidence and adoption.
• Lead planning and delivery of a major AI-focused corporate event.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Change Lead/Change Manager/Transformation Lead or similar.
• Strong experience in organisational change, digital/AI adoption programs.
• Ability to develop change strategies, adoption plans and communications campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership engagement skills.
• Strong governance experience (risk, issue, dependency, decision management).
• Experience designing or supporting learning and employee adoption programs.
