📋 Description

• Shape and deliver the AI change strategy and adoption plan.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
• Coordinate communications plans, messaging, FAQs and adoption content.
• Manage AI governance forums, decisions, risks and follow-ups.
• Support rollout of AI learning pathways to build adoption and capability.
• Plan and deliver AI-focused corporate events with alignment to objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Change Lead/Change Manager/Transformation Lead or similar.
• Strong background in organisational/digital/AI adoption programmes.
• Ability to develop change strategies, adoption plans and campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leadership influence.
• Governance experience across risk, issues, dependencies and decisions.
• Experience designing learning and employee adoption programmes.
