AI Change Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy, transformation narrative and integrated employee
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
• Develop communications plans, messaging, FAQs, engagement materials and adoption content.
• Coordinate AI governance forums, leadership meetings, decision logs and action tracking.
• Support rollout of AI learning pathways and adoption initiatives.
• Lead planning and delivery of a major AI-focused corporate event.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Change Lead, Change Manager, Transformation Lead or comparable role.
• Strong experience in organisational change, digital/AI adoption programmes.
• Ability to develop change strategies, adoption plans and campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leadership.
• Strong programme governance experience (risk, issue, dependency, decision management).
• Experience designing or supporting learning and employee adoption programmes.
