• Lead AI change strategy, transformation narrative and adoption plan.
• Engage senior leaders and key stakeholders; build strong relationships.
• Coordinate communications plans, FAQs and adoption content.
• Manage AI governance forums, decisions, risks and follow-ups.
• Roll out AI learning pathways to drive confidence and capability.
• Plan and deliver major AI-focused corporate events.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Change Lead/Change Manager/Transformation Lead or similar.
• Strong background in organisational change, digital/AI adoption programmes.
• Ability to craft change strategies, adoption plans and comms campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership influence.
• Governance experience including risk, issue, dependency and decision management.
• Experience designing or supporting learning and employee adoption programmes.
