🎯 Requirements

• Experience as Change Lead/Change Manager/Transformation Lead or similar.
• Strong in organisational change, digital/AI adoption programs.
• Ability to develop change strategies, adoption plans and campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leader engagement.
• Governance experience: risk, issue, dependency, decisions.
• Experience designing learning and adoption programmes; managing communities.
