📋 Description

• Shape and deliver the AI Change Strategy and adoption plan.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and business stakeholders.
• Develop communications plans, messaging, FAQs and adoption content.
• Coordinate AI governance forums and decision logs.
• Support AI learning pathways and adoption initiatives.
• Lead planning and delivery of AI-focused corporate events.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Change Lead, Change Manager, Transformation Lead or similar.
• Strong background in organisational/digital/AI adoption programmes.
• Ability to develop change strategies, adoption plans and campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership influence.
• Governance experience with risk/issue/dependency/decision management.
• Experience designing learning and employee adoption programmes.
