📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy, transformation narrative and integrated employee
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities, building strong relationships with senior leaders and key
• Develop and coordinate communications plans, including messaging, FAQs, engagement materials and
• Coordinate AI governance forums, including leadership meetings, decision logs, action tracking and
• Support the rollout of AI learning pathways and initiatives designed to build employee confidence
• Lead the planning and delivery of a major AI-focused corporate event, ensuring strong engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Change Lead, Change Manager, Transformation Lead or in a comparable
• Strong experience in organisational change, digital transformation, technology adoption or AI
• Demonstrated ability to develop change strategies, adoption plans and communications campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging and influencing
• Strong programme governance experience, including risk, issue, dependency and decision management.
• Experience designing or supporting learning, training and employee adoption programmes.
