• Shape and deliver the AI change strategy and adoption plan.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate communications plans, messaging, FAQs and adoption content.
• Manage AI governance forums, decision logs and action tracking.
• Roll out AI learning pathways to build employee confidence and capability.
• Lead AI-focused events and build an AI Champions Community.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Change Lead/Manager or transformation lead.
• Strong background in organisational/digital/AI adoption programmes.
• Ability to develop change strategies and adoption campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership engagement.
• Governance experience: risk, issue, dependency, decisions.
• Experience designing learning and employee adoption programmes.
