📋 Description

Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy, narrative and adoption plan.
Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and business stakeholders.
Coordinate communications plans, messaging, FAQs, adoption content.
Coordinate AI governance forums, decisions, actions and follow-up.
Support AI learning pathways to build confidence and adoption.
Plan and deliver major AI-focused corporate events.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience as Change Lead/Manager or similar role.
Strong experience in organisational change, digital/AI adoption.
Ability to develop change strategies, adoption plans and campaigns.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.
Strong governance experience: risk, issue, dependency, decision management.
Experience designing or supporting learning and employee adoption programs.
