🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher, STEM preferred
3+ years in SaaS software environments
3+ years in Customer Success/Consulting or similar
Understanding of AI, LLMs, Generative AI
Strong collaboration across Sales, Product, CS, and Development
Excellent communication to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
