• AI-driven content creation: Trigger and manage AI-driven content workflows to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly articles and other content at scale.
• Editing & quality assurance: Review, proofread, and edit AI-generated content to ensure grammatical accuracy, proper tone, and factual correctness. Final review before publishing.
• Prompt optimization: Refine AI prompts and templates; experiment with prompt engineering to improve relevance and consistency.
• SEO: Apply SEO best practices; optimize keywords, headlines, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
• Content repurposing: Turn existing content into new formats (short-form content, newsletters, social posts) while maintaining consistency.
• Publishing & CMS management: Trigger publishing pipelines; format posts with headings, images, and SEO metadata.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in content editing, copywriting, and content production, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital marketing.
• AI & LLM proficiency: Hands-on with generative AI tools and large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, GPT-4, Jasper).
• Advanced prompt engineering: Guide AI in producing high-quality content; troubleshoot and iterate prompts; familiarity with AI content detection is a plus.
• Content editing skills: Excellent writing/editing with attention to detail; strong sense of brand voice and clarity.
• SEO knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles; keyword research and SEO tooling.
• CMS and publishing: Proficiency with WordPress; comfortable formatting in HTML or block editor; metadata and URL structuring.
