Role: AI Controls Solutions Engineer focusing on productionizing Phaidra’s platform for enterprise
Location: USA or Canada, but 100% remote with no physical office.
Travel: ~25% possible.

🎯 Requirements

5-10 years as a controls engineer, programmer, or equivalent.
HVAC and data center cooling control knowledge; chiller plant fundamentals and sequences.
Experience with BACnet, Modbus, and industrial/commercial control systems.
Python scripting ability for integration with software team tooling.
Strong communication to explain complex concepts to non-domain audiences.
Document ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
