AI Controls Solutions Engineer (HVAC Systems)

📋 Description

• Deploy and configure AI-enabled control solutions using HVAC expertise to model facilities and
• Commission and optimize systems; tune deployments and troubleshoot to ensure reliable operation.
• Lead customer deployments; coordinate onboarding, deployment, support tickets, and resolutions.
• Provide technical support; monitor systems, investigate issues, and implement practical fixes.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements; document guidance for software development and
• Partner cross-functionally with TPMs, Data Scientists, Product, SWE, and customer ops teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Controls engineering experience: 5–10 years in controls engineer, controls programmer, or
• HVAC and data center expertise: strong knowledge of HVAC and data center cooling control strategies
• Thermodynamics knowledge: practical understanding for cooling, refrigeration, and hydronic systems.
• Industrial controls expertise: experience with BACnet, Modbus, and related protocols.
• Controls programming: PLCs, ladder logic, text-based, or block programming.
• Field operations experience: ability to work with data center ops and solve field problems.
