AI Developer Enablement Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build internal AI-powered tooling for remediation, modernization, and migration
• Integrate AI solutions, including LLM-based assistants, code analysis agents, and AI-enabled tools
• Integrate AI capabilities into build processes, upgrade cycles, security patching workflows, and
• Serve as SME and first point of contact for developers on AI-enabled tools.
• Troubleshoot issues across AI tooling and supporting infrastructure with timely solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve development efficiency and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and building production-quality tooling.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered tools (OpenAI APIs, Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar).
• Practical understanding of developer workflows, CI/CD, DevOps, and software processes.
• Comfortable with Linux CLI and Windows development environments.
• Ability to design/build tooling from scratch and deploy AI platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
