🎯 Requirements

5 to 10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, organizational adoption, or
Strong facilitation skills with executives and end users; able to explain complex technical
Experience working across banking/financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
Proven ability to lead workshops, training programs, and adoption initiatives for enterprise
Comfort in a client-facing consulting setting with diverse stakeholders and evolving priorities.
