• Own the AI use-case pipeline from intake to production.

• Govern AI vendor evaluation, tool registry, and cost-outcome tracking.
• Keep leadership informed with live status and impact reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in program management, operations, or automation with AI/workflow experience.
• Hands-on fluency in AI stack: prompt engineering, RAG, LLM orchestration, governance.
• Experience mapping current and future states with business stakeholders.
• Proven outcomes: time saved, cost reduced, revenue impact.
• Clear written communication: business cases, exec updates, design docs.
• Nice-to-have: cross-functional AI program experience and governance.
