🎯 Requirements

7+ years in program mgmt, ops, or automation with AI deployment
Hands-on AI stack: prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration
Experience mapping current states with business stakeholders
Track record of outcomes: time saved, costs reduced, revenue impact
Clear written communications: business cases, exec updates, docs
Nice to have: AI governance, cross-functional mgmt, cloud infra
