AI Enablement Engineer-Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Partner with engineering teams to identify high-leverage AI opportunities in the developer workflow
• Build and maintain the internal agentic AI platform used daily by engineers: skills, plugins, MCP
• Own architecture and standards for agent/model evaluation and deployment, focusing on reliability
• Improve onboarding, documentation, and discovery layers to help engineers find and adopt AI tools
• Stay connected to external agentic AI and developer-tooling trends to shape internal standards and
• Contribute to AI enablement programs, office hours, and change management as new tools roll out

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in developer tooling, platform engineering, or
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs and shipping agentic solutions; able to demonstrate deep pivot
• Proven ability to build internal tools that make AI capabilities accessible to engineers; good
• Strong collaboration skills, earning trust with engineers and co-creating solutions that get
• Full-stack proficiency (TypeScript), API design/integration (REST, MCP), and comfort with a modern
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, RAG, and
