AI Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Build AI baseline across all functions and define adoption blockers and next targets.
• Design and ship AI-powered workflows and automations solving real ops problems.
• Lead AI enablement with tandem training and skill repositories across teams.
• Roll out enablement and ensure AI adoption is part of releases.
• Develop and grow a cross-functional champions network.
• Own adoption tracking and fluency at the org-capability level over time.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years owning a project end-to-end in a fast-moving, cross-functional setting.
• Strong presenter and communicator who can persuade in rooms or threads.
• Hands-on with AI tools: LLM APIs, automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make), and scripting (Python/SQL).
• Comfortable designing and running structured programs, training sessions, or onboarding motions.
• High ownership, urgency, and ability to operate with ambiguity.
• Ambitious, driven and able to impact Abacum as an AI-native company; fintech/FP&A experience is
