AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered features within production-grade applications.
• Develop backend services and APIs that integrate LLMs into real-world products.
• Build and optimize LLM workflows, including prompts, RAG, and agents.
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI features from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to scale AI capabilities.
• Work with large codebases and contribute to system architecture decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 4-5 years as Software/AI Engineer (product-focused).
• Located in Colombia only; English B2+ or C1.
• Strong fundamentals: data structures, system design, clean code.
• Python proficiency and backend API/service development.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama). Claude a strong plus.
