AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML model development from data to deployment.
• Build generative-AI solutions (RAG, Agentic Workflows, conversations).
• Deploy AI models into production via APIs and microservices.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, feature stores, and orchestration.
• Monitor models for drift, bias, fairness, reliability; remediation.
• Stay current with AI/ML research and tools (LangChain, LangGraph) and propose ideas.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Strong Python and ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS), RAG and Agentic workflows.
• Experience building or fine-tuning LLMs and deploying via REST APIs.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker) and monitoring.
