AI Engineer

📋 Description

• AI Engineers at Aperio Global across multiple experience levels support the AI and Emerging
• Develop tools and techniques using AI/ML, including fine-tuning LLMs in secure enclaves.
• Collaborate with mission stakeholders to capture requirements and improve certification with AI/ML
• Design, develop, and maintain LLM orchestration frameworks coordinating analyzers, RAG, and testing
• Build data preprocessing pipelines to ingest, clean, transform, and vectorize docs, source code
• Develop databases to support RAG architectures, artifact storage, and metadata management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years (SWE2) or 8 years (SWE3) of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python, LLM integration, and data engineering.
• Experience with static analyzers and RAG frameworks.
• Experience with relational and vector databases.
• Familiarity with Agile, Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Active TS/SCI + Polygraph clearance.
