• Turn AI workflows (Gemini Gems) into scalable, production-ready agents
• Partner with SMEs across copywriting, design, video, and partnerships to map workflows
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents to boost speed and quality
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and reliable across users
• Coach non-technical teammates to adopt AI tools effectively
• Shape the AI roadmap and own it over time, weighing trade-offs (security, cost, scalability)

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the Philippines with long-term availability
• At least 3 years engineering experience
• Excellent English communication; explain tech to non-technical people
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience partnering with non-technical teams or stakeholders
• Experience deploying scalable AI solutions, agency context a plus
• Hands-on with Claude, Codex, and Gemini, plus other modern AI tooling
• Understanding AI deployment trade-offs — security, scalability, cost, reliability
