Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
Claude Code, Skills, MCPs knowledge.
Multidisciplinary team leadership.
Stakeholder management and solution definition meetings.
WCAG 2.1 AA standards; strong Java backend; mobile development (Android, iOS) is a plus.
