📋 Description

• Own onboarding and education for new enterprise customers to get them building effectively on the
• Design and run live workshops that build product fluency
• Run focused, time-boxed advisory sprints for architecture or evaluation challenges
• Build internal agents and tools that streamline how the Enablement team operates — automating our
• Create enablement assets (tutorials, reference implementations, best-practice guides) that scale
• Act as the voice of the new customer inside LangChain, feeding friction points back to Product and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building LLM/agent applications — designed real agent architectures and evaluation
• Strong Python, comfortable writing and debugging code live
• 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Enablement, Customer Success Engineering, Solutions
• Genuine enjoyment of teaching — leave customers more capable than impressed
• Can explain complex concepts to developers and enterprise stakeholders
• Able to operate independently in ambiguity and manage multiple engagements; travel up to 20%
