AI Engineer – Internal Agents & Workflows

📋 Description

• Design and deploy AI-driven automation to improve team efficiency.
• Build AI agents, workflows, and copilot experiences.
• Integrate with internal platforms (Slack, Jira, email, calendars, CRM, data warehouses).
• Develop RAG solutions for internal docs with source references.
• Automate areas like support, sales, recruiting, engineering.
• Implement security, RBAC, and permission-aware retrieval.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals; clean, testable code.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, JSON schemas, tool calls.
• Design multi-step AI workflows (loops/state machines).
• Hands-on with Claude Agent SDK, MCP, LangGraph, OpenAI Assistants.
• Knowledge of API auth, OAuth, SSO patterns.
• Experience with Temporal, Dagster, Airflow, or Prefect.
