🎯 Requirements

Shipped AI applications or agents into production and run them.
Strong focus on security and reliability for apps holding personal data; real decision-making
Production-ready AI features: evaluation, guardrails, cost management.
Ability to build full-stack and ship; comfortable owning infrastructure solo.
Experience with creating maintainable infra and avoiding tech debt.
Nice to have: Terraform or Pulumi, cloud certification; security/compliance background (SOC 2).
