🎯 Requirements

4+ years of people management experience
Deep familiarity with modern AI tech and classical ML systems
Experience with LLMs, transformer models, agentic workflows, context management, agentic evals
Proven ability to drive business outcomes and deliver customer value
Rigorous yet pragmatic with experimental design and early-stage agility
Strong communication and collaboration across roles/teams
