📋 Description

• Lead AI Engineer to shape agentic AI systems and SDLC integration at Blend360.
• Work across AI engineering, software architecture, agent orchestration, LLM apps, and developer
• Establish practices around AI agents, context engineering, tool use, evaluations, autonomous tasks
• Provide technical leadership on AI-powered software products and platforms.
• Build production-grade agentic AI systems and multi-agent architectures in production environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years software/AI engineering with hands-on development.
• Proven track record building production-grade Agentic AI systems, not just chatbots.
• Experience with Agentic Evaluation frameworks and evaluating planning, tool use, context handling
• Strong Python backend development; experience with FastAPI, APIs, containers, CI/CD, and cloud
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and other agent frameworks; tool calling and RAG is a plus.
• Knowledge of multi-agent architectures, context management, and observability for AI systems.
