🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field
8+ years in software or AI engineering; 2+ years in a leadership role
Hands-on Claude experience (Claude Code, Claude API, or agent tooling)
Cloud-native delivery fundamentals: Git, test automation, CI/CD, Google Cloud
Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), containers/orchestration, MLOps/LLMOps basics
Strong APIs, data-management practices, and cross-functional collaboration
