AI Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead architecture, development, and delivery of Generative AI/Agentic AI on Azure.
• Define technical direction, standards, and mentor senior engineers.
• Collaborate with Product/Data/Engineering leadership to prioritize AI opportunities.
• Oversee transition from PoC to production-grade AI systems.
• Communicate complex AI tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Strong expertise in Agentic AI / agentic workflows.
• Strong knowledge of RAG architectures and knowledge graphs.
• Expertise in chunking, embeddings, retrieval, and vector search.
• Experience designing AI agents, skills, tools, and orchestration patterns.
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
