🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating static paid-social ads for DTC/e-commerce
• Strong portfolio with advertising creatives, not just branding
• Experience producing multiple variations in fast-paced env
• Understanding of direct-response and performance creative principles
• Advanced hands-on skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Experience with AI image-generation tools in production workflow
