📋 Description

• Create high-converting static advertising creatives for Meta and other paid social platforms.
• Translate briefs into multiple visual directions, hooks, and ad variations.
• Produce a high volume of polished, test-ready creatives weekly.
• Use AI image-generation tools to accelerate production and experimentation.
• Refine AI imagery with typography, composition, retouching, and layout design.
• Collaborate with the Senior Creative Strategist and performance marketing team to execute concepts.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating static paid-social advertisements for DTC, e-commerce, or consumer
• Strong portfolio with actual advertising and performance creatives.
• Experience producing multiple creative variations quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of direct-response advertising, hooks, visual hierarchy, and messaging.
• Advanced hands-on skills with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable tools.
• Practical experience using AI image-generation tools as part of production workflow.
