• Collaborate with Senior Creative Strategist and performance marketing team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating static paid-social ads for DTC or consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio showing performance ads, not just branding.
• Experience producing multiple variations quickly in fast-paced settings.
• Understanding of direct-response ads, hooks, and visual hierarchy.
• Advanced skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.
• Experience using AI image-generation in production workflows.
