🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating static paid-social ads for DTC/e-commerce/consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio of actual advertising and performance creatives.
• Experience producing multiple variations quickly in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of direct-response advertising, hooks, hierarchy, and scrolling.
• Advanced skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Practical experience with AI image-generation in production workflows.
