AI Growth Architect

📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship technical growth mechanisms: acquisition funnels, onboarding flows
• Own and optimize acquisition budgets and channels, define tracking specs and analytics events with
• Rapidly prototype and test growth hypotheses across new AI products.
• Build the business case for new growth bets, including market sizing and go-to-market strategy
• Translate growth experiments and data into clear, actionable recommendations for decision-makers.

🎯 Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in CS/Engineering or related field; MBA a plus.
• Strong, hands-on coding ability (build and ship): Python/SQL/JS or similar; familiarity with
• 3+ years in growth engineering, performance marketing, or technical growth/GTm role; experience
• Excellent communication and executive presence; ability to explain complex growth concepts to
• Founder's mindset and problem-solving skills; comfortable owning initiatives end-to-end.
