  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Strategy, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of prospecting and customer engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Outreach or similar sales engagement platform.
  • Strong systems thinker; design scalable, repeatable GTM workflows.
  • Data-driven with a track record in experimentation and performance analysis.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Working knowledge of AI in sales/marketing: LLMs, automation, agents.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, data pipelines, and integrations.
