AI GTM Architect (Revenue Operations)

📋 Description

• Translate GTM strategy into scalable AI workflows and plays in Outreach.
• Design AI agent workflows for outbound, inbound, and engagement motions.
• Architect Outreach GTM execution; align data signals with seller actions.
• Lead internal rollout of Outreach AI capabilities and drive adoption.
• Define scalable workflows integrated with CRM and ensure field adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, BI, and Revenue Ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Strategy, or similar.
• Deep understanding of prospecting and customer engagement strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Outreach or similar sales engagement platform.
• Strong systems thinker; design scalable, repeatable GTM workflows.
• Data-driven with a track record in experimentation and performance analysis.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of AI in sales/marketing: LLMs, automation, agents.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, data pipelines, and integrations.
