AI Implementation & Solutions Associate Director

📋 Description

• Lead full lifecycle of AI opportunities from discovery to delivery and follow-on planning.
• Partner with account teams to identify AI use cases and rapid prototyping opportunities.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand objectives, workflows, data, and constraints.
• Define high-value use cases demonstrated through prototypes or pilots.
• Develop proposals, SOWs, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as primary client contact with executives and tech leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 9+ years delivering technology, data, automation, or AI solutions.
• Experience leading client engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong track record in business development and proposals.
• Hands-on with generative AI, ML, APIs, data integration, cloud, and modern architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript; cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $162,000–$276,000 annually.
• Annual bonus opportunity around 16%; potential additional cash/stock.
